"I'm writing to let you know what a wonderful experience I had having my puppy transported to my home. I was extremely worried about the process as I have never done this before. I got a phone call the day before introducing everyone that would be involved in the transport and just confirming some general information. I was immediately

put to ease and we stayed on the phone a very long time discussing every detail of the transport. I checked in regularly with the drivers of my puppy, each time they addressed my dog by his given name. They updated me to their approximate arrival time every time. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at my door cradling my puppy and taking the time to give me his information.
